What you need:
7-8 red and green chillies, garlic, onion, vinegar, coriander leaves, lemon, chicken, egg, salt to taste, besan, chilli flakes, oil for cooking and frying, ginger garlic paste, dania powder, garam masala and sweet chilli sauce, green and red capsicum.
First we need to prepare the peri peri sauce. For that soak some 7-8 red chillies and 7-8 green chillies in water overnight. Take them along with some green and red capsicum, some 8-10 pieces of garlic, one chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, little bit of coriander leaves. Put all of them in the blender, add lemon juice to it (1 full lemon). Blend it. Don’t add much water as you need it to be a fine paste. Your peri peri sauce is ready.
Now marinade the chicken pieces. I prefer the boneless ones. Add one egg to 15 pieces of chicken. Add some salt, chilli flakes, little bit of besan and finally half of the peri peri paste that we prepared. Mix it well and keep it in deep freeze for 30 mins.
Now we need to deep fry them. Once deep fried take all the oil out of them. Take some oil in a pan. Add some onions to it. Add some salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Add dhania powder and garam masala to it. All these should be done on low flame. Now add the fried chicken to it. Add some sweet chilli sauce. Mix it well and cook for 5 mins. This will give the sweetness to it. At the end add all our peri peri paste to it. Mix it well and cook it for another 10 mins in low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
